9/11: The Day We All Remember

I still remember that day. It started as a regular workday, until my colleague (who came late) told us that the towers fell. At first it didn’t register to me. The twin towers in NYC that were world famous? The ones that our family visited just the summer prior? We gathered around a small TV that someone hastily procured. There were no smart phones back then. We saw the smoke billowing from both towers before they crumbled to the ground. The next several days were filled with news of the attack, and the next several years were for recovery. In remembrance of the day, here are some books worthy of reading of the topic. Please check them out below, if you’d like.
