If there is something we should learn from the South Koreans, it’s gift gifting. Never cheap or impractical, the gifts tend to be practical, pretty, and useful. South Korean people know how to spoil someone they care about in form of a thoughtful gift. In the sea of products you could give as presents, however, there is a specific niche that the South Koreans really do well, which are their packaged products made for gifting. When in doubt, give a gift set. Here are some of the most favorite ones:

  1. Korean beef gift set. Most South Koreans treasure their local beef over any other foreign beef, with little wonder. Their beef is tender, succulent and wonderfully marbled.

2. Korean ginseng gift set. There are several benefits that Korean ginseng is known for, from boosting stamina and the metabolism to calming nerves and detoxifying the body. The price is not for the faint of heart, and that’s why it’s a good gift.

4. Skincare gift box. It’s no secret that men and women of South Korea take such good care of their skin. The nation boasts many good brands, and this brand, which is represented by one of the highest paid actresses in the Korean movie industry, is one of the best.

9. Luwak Coffee gift set. Perhaps equally loved as alcoholic beverage, is good coffee. This one is originally from Indonesia, which successfully found its way to South Korea. You could find coffee shops next to coffee shops everywhere in South Korea (and that’s a good thing!).
