Nongshim Shin Black Ramen with Beef Bone Broth
Consumers’ love for Shin Ramyun has propelled Nongshim to its position as the undisputed top ramyun brand in Korea. Just 3 minutes to deliciousness, this Nongshim hearty bowl of soup is rich and savory. No separate bowls needed. This is one of my favorite cup noodles — even more than the packaged version — because the noodle texture of Shin Black cup noodle is different than the Shin Black packaged noodle. The noodles are medium size but springy with a smooth texture. Perfect for slurping. If there’s broth left over, add some white rice to finish the deliciousness. It’s a lot of carbs, yes, but so yummy as long as you are not eating it too frequently.
